turtles, shabby chic chair and plates!

It has been a long time since I created and/or posted anything! You will be seeing alot more photos on here of an actual dollhouse and furnishings etc because I got a dollhouse! I have been working on it for a few months and will post progress and furniture etc. I have also learned how to put images onto things. I cannot tell you how excited I am for this! I can now put images on anything including little plates, furniture etc.Below are the trial plates I have made. Naturally I first did Vintage strawberry shortcake plates being a huge fan of her. We have a new batch of tinytina Turtles that have hatched, aren't they cute? Here is my first dollhouse chair, it was a vintage peice that I recovered and painted the base. Here are some new babies, with hair bows. I just love them! Also halloween is coming, you can get your own little trick or treat glow in the dark kid at my etsy store! only 3 left!!

Larger nativity

I was asked to make a taller nativity, I tried but it's hard for me to make anything big! I thought this one would end up being about 6 inches, its just over 3! I am better at tiny things! hey at least I tried.

 

 

 

OWLS

I decided to make some little owls I'm sure I will make more at some point I like how they turned out. The beasds are especially fun, the flat ones are magnents and beads.

 

 

 

2010 Christmas tree ornament

Every Year we try to pick out a christmas ornament that represents that year. This year I knoew what I wanted and wouldn't find it anywhere else so I decided to sculpt it. Where else would I find a pregnant mom, dad with greying hair, and blonde and brunette little boys? no where so here is the sculpt. I am not this pregnant yet but I had to make it noticeable to get my point acrossed :)

 

 

 

more nativities

So I made more nativities in the white. I LOVE THEM! I did the dark hair in stead of white hair and I'm VERY happy with how they turned out for the first time :) Also this little baby I finished, it just makes me giggle. He looks like something that would be in a cartoon or something haha

 

 

 

Christmas stuff

I sculpted some new stuff tonight I really like how the Nativity turned out however I'm thinking I shouldn't have done the hair on them white. My idea was to have it all be white but, I guess it was a better Idea in my head haha. I also wanted to do some of baby jesus or just baby and lamb snuggling those didn't quite turn out as I hoped either.
