Project patio cushions...
My patio cushions have seen better days. they were basically powder for fabric and had holes and faded etc. We needed new ones so we were looking at what was on the market and the prices were kind of surprising and the fabrics weren't exciting to me. Over all it was going to be $200 for 4 cushions. I happened to see some cute turquoise watermelon outdoor fabric and thought I'd splurge and get enough for a tablecloth. While the gal was cutting it up I'd mentioned how fun it would be to redo the cushions on my patio but the cost would really have added up! When she rang up the fabric it was on CLEARANCE for $2 a yard! I bought the rest of the bolt! My dream was going to come true haha. All my outdoor decor is watermelons. When I was in high school my room was watermelon decor as well. So weird but hey I'm not normal! I'm artsy fartsy kind of gal ;) Anyway I picked apart the top and bottoms cushions and used it as a pattern and cute and re-sewed it up. Luckily the cushions were in decent condition. It worked and it's ADORABLE! I'm so thrilled with it and it only cost me like $25 and some time! What do you think?

Angel
I had a dear friend pass away unexpectedly this last summer. She was days from giving birth to her 5th baby and she collapsed and could not be recovered. The baby was saved and is ok now. I wanted to make something for the family that resembled her being an angel and that their names were written on her heart. So I added her holding a heart with her husband and childrens names on it. I hope it's well received. It was sure made with a lot of love <3 nbsp="" p="">

Little lamb
I love lambs, I had a little stuffed Lamb as a kid that had a wind up music box inside. When the one in it died my mom cut the sheep open and replaced the music box and when she went to sew it shut she only had the pink thread. So she used that. Well we were moving and it was packed and had been stolen out of our garage. Some time later in a different state my mom stopped into a a store that was a good will type place. She saw someone holding the same lamb and mentioned that her daughters had been stolen. She flipped it over and it had the pink stitching. It was the EXACT same lamb. So the person let her have it and i still have it to this day. I'd received a gift card to babies R us when I was pregnant with my 3rd baby and we knew it was going to be a girl. I searched the shop for something for the baby. We ended up seeing the most adorable stuffed lamb. I had to buy it. I just have a thing for lambs and think they are adorable. I sculpted these little lambs today they made me smile.
